Leostream releases for Connection Broker 7.0

Leostream is not dead after all, and just released an update to the 7.0 version of their connection broker.

Leostream Connection Broker v.7.0 extends Leostream’s VDI capabilities as the leading independent connection broker, providing greater flexibility, simplifying deployments, and making the management of hosted virtual desktop infrastructures more efficient. The latest Connection Broker v7.0 update includes:

  • Beta support for Red Hat Enterprise Virtualzation for Desktops and SPICE connections
  • Beta support for Citrix XenDesktop deployments and estabishing HDX connections
  • Microsoft RemoteFX support
  • Desktop failover plans

In addition, this Connection Broker update includes support for NIS authentication and multi-user NoMachine NX servers.
