AppSense Management Suite 6.2 Maintenance Release

For AppSense customers with a valid AppSense Software Subscriptions License for AppSense Software, AppSense Management Suite (AMS) 6.2 is now available. Maintenance Release includes several minor enhancements and bug fixes. Some of the features contained within the 6.2 release are:

Application Manager
• The Windows Installer process MSIEXEC.EXE is now able to run extracted executables, once the MSI file has been allowed.
• A hidden option which allows the suppression of all user message boxes has been added.

Performance Manager
• Configuration Profiler reports now display local time.

Environment Manager
• Limited Novell support in Username, User Group, User OU Membership, Computer OU membership and Primary Group rules.
