Citrix Systems offers a strong Web application firewall, with a few minor blemishes. The product's attack protection scores are the best among the products Forrester evaluated; Web Application Firewall protects all session tracking mechanisms and encrypts all cookies. Citrix Systems' user interface is also a standout, as it is intuitively laid out and easy to use. However, Citrix Systems' reporting and logging features are weaker than average. However, the company is not heavily focused on its Web application firewall, which only accounts for 2.5% of Citrix Systems' resources and less than 1% of its customers.
