Another nice Citrix Support article which describes gathering virtual memory details and process handle information with sysinternals' Proces Explorer:

"There are times when Citrix Technical Support needs to ask a customer for virtual memory details and process handle information when one of the processes experiences a memory leak (unusual large size). There is a way to capture all the information at once by using Process Explorer from www.sysinternals.com."
