MPlayer is the award-winning multimedia player for Linux platforms and supports all common media formats including DVD, MPEG, DivX, Quicktime, and MP3 to offer the end user the most flexible way in handling the necessary codecs. IGEL integrates a special codec download tool which allows end users to easily download updated or new MPlayer codecs from pre-defined locations and install them locally on the Thin Client without the need to contact helpdesks. Of course the customer has to take care and is responsible about the corresponding license agreements of the downloaded codecs. Read more over @ Thinplanet.com
