Microsoft Security Bulletin for December

Decembers updates have arrived. It consists of only one hotfix: a cumulative security update for Internet Explorer MS04-40. This update replaces the update that is included with Microsoft Security Bulletin: MS04-038. This update contains some minor changes to functionality of Internet Explorer. Be sure to read the FAQ and kb889293.

This security update for Internet Explorer supposedly finally patches the IFrame vulnerability. Sadly, no patch for the WINS vulnerability yet ...
