Just in case you missed it, Microsoft has recently released a SoftGrid application virtualization trial guide that walks you trough setting up a simple softgrid environment to see if your life is virtual enough. It involves a step by step creation of a Microsoft SoftGrid Application Virtualization system and the Sequencing of two applications. It's actually quite informative and teaches you a lot about the components in a Softgrid infrastructure.
