The Security Configuration Wizard is a excellent tool for creating security baselines for server roles, for example Terminal or Citrix Servers. The article also mentions some of the more advanced features of the Security Configuration Wizard, like turning Security Configuration Wizard configurations into a GPO and distributing Security Configuration Wizard configuration to a certain OU via the Security Configuration Wizard command-line tool Scwcmd.
