SpeedScreen Browser Acceleration Does Not Function In Windows 2003 SP1

The SpeedScreen Browser Acceleration feature does not function when Windows 2003, Service Pack 1 is installed. SpeedScreen Browser Acceleration hooks into Internet Explorer. Due to changes in Service Pack 1, the hooks no longer worked as designed.
