Is you still do use Office 97... then this will interest you.
System Policy Editor and Office 97 Policy Templates. Use of these policies with later editions of Office will have no effect. These policies will not work with Active Directory unless the Group Policy Snap-in is used instead of the System Policy Editor. These ADM files are compatible with the Group Policy Snap-in but are very limited in comparison to ADM files for newer versions of Office.
