ThinApp (4.0) Review
Wednesday, 11 June 2008 by Michel Roth
Vmware just announced that the product resulting from their acquisition of ThinStall will be renamed to Thinapp 4.0 (go figure with those version numbers). Anyway, if you want to find out what this is about, I ran into this cool review of the product.

ThinApp 4.0 pricing has also been announced . The VMware ThinApp offering, which includes a copy of VMware Workstation and 50 client licenses, is priced at $5,000.  The client licenses are priced at $39 per endpoint. The ThinApp licenses are perpetual. The review is based on the RC code but since ThinApp 4.0 will not be released until July 10, this is your best bet. The review was written by someone called Sven Huisman. He takes you trough creating a ThinApp application, creating inter-ThinApp application communication and other stuff.

Red the review here.
