visionapp Workspace Management 2008 Review
Wednesday, 02 April 2008 by Michel Roth
I have ran into visionapp Workspace Management a couple of times before but never really got around to trying it out. It looks like a very nice product. There were even rumors at some point that Microsoft was buying this tool. No need to take a look anymore, Thomas Koetzing already did. I suggest you take a look at his look...

Even though Thomas has started to work for visionApp as a part-time Product Manager for the visionapp Workspace Management since March 2007, it's still worth reading the article he wrote on the product. But what is visionapp Workspace Management 2008 about? "The Workspace Management centralizes application access over the web in a secure way. The visionapp Application Center (vAC) and the visionapp Secure Logon (vSL) are the two independent components of the vWM. The Secure Logon adds an extra security layer for different authentication methods like RADIUS, two-factor authentication or client certificates. As an extra value, the vSL is a free part of the Enterprise Edition. The Secure Logon requires several existing components in the infrastructure as Active Directory, SQL Database and a Microsoft ISA Server."
