I'm sure we've all encountered the occasional "you have to reboot to complete the installation"-message with a decent ammount of sceptisism. I know I have. Recently I came across a little gem called Why Reboot. WhyReboot is a free, small (~60KB) Windows application by Exodus Development that displays a list of pending file operations that will occur after rebooting your computer. So now you know!
