Windows Server "Longhorn" Terminal Services Step-By-Step Guides
Tuesday, 01 August 2006 by Michel Roth
Handyman Gus Pinto has posted the three step by step guides by Microsoft on configuring some of the new "Terminal Server Features" for Windows Server Longhorn Beta 2:

Windows Server "Longhorn" Beta 2 Terminal Services Remote Programs (Seamless)
Remote Programs are programs that are accessed remotely through Terminal Services and appear as if they are running on a user's local computer. Users can run Remote Programs side-by-side with their local programs. If a user is running more than one Remote Program on the same terminal server, Remote Programs will share the same Terminal Services session. You can use TS Web Access to make Remote Programs available through a Web site.

Windows Server "Longhorn" Beta 2 Terminal Services Gateway Server
TS Gateway is a new role service available to users of the Microsoft WindowsServer® CodeName "Longhorn" operating system. TS Gateway enables authorized users to connect to terminal servers and remote desktops on the corporate network from any Internet-connected device. TS Gateway encapsulates Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) within HTTPS to form a secure, encrypted connection between users on the Internet and the remote computers on which their productivity applications run.

Windows Server "Longhorn" Beta 2 Terminal Services Licensing
The Microsoft® WindowsServer® CodeName "Longhorn" operating system provides a license management system known as TS Licensing. This system allows terminal servers to obtain and manage Terminal Services client access licenses for devices and users that are connecting to a terminal server. TS Licensing manages unlicensed, temporarily licensed, and client-access licensed clients, and supports terminal servers that run WindowsServer "Longhorn" as well as the Windows Server®2003 operating system. TS Licensing greatly simplifies the task of license management for the system administrator, while minimizing under- or over-purchasing of licenses for an organization
