Wyse Announces 'Day One' Support For Citrix Desktop Broker
Tuesday, 24 October 2006 by Michel Roth
Wyse today announced Day One support for the Citrix Dynamic Desktop Initiative and the Desktop Broker solution, continuing its record of supporting the Citrix family of Access solutions for the enterprise.

Wyse Thin Clients across all platforms and operating systems, including the recently announced S10 VDI Edition, now support extensions to Citrix Presentation Server™ designed around desktop virtualization architecture. This integration allows customers of both Wyse and Citrix to leverage their existing thin computing and access infrastructure investments while exploiting the cost, security and manageability benefits of the virtual desktop approach. In addition to the Citrix DDI, Wyse supports VMware’s Virtual Desktop Initiative (VDI) and IBM’s Virtual Client Solutions (VCS), essentially providing the most advanced thin computing platform for all the leading desktop virtualization initiatives.
